Dr. Robert Gray : President

Dr. Robert Gray is a co-founder of Maverick Corporation. He leads all R&D efforts at Maverick. His focus is “innovation” and responding to market demands with new products and processes.

Dr. Gray is a former GE Aircraft Engine Engineer where he worked on polyimide polymer development and characterization. He earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and his doctoral from the University of Cincinnati.

Eric Collins : CEO

Mr. Eric Collins is a co-founder of Maverick Corporation. He leads all manufacturing efforts and manages facility operations. Eric's vision for Maverick is to “Exceed Customer Expectations” by capitalizing on Maverick's ability to respond quickly with quality products.

Eric is a former GE Aircraft Engine Engineer where he worked in the development and application of Ceramic Matrix Composites. Eric earned his BS in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University in New York, and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
