T115

Condensation Reaction

T-115 is a high temperature polyimide capable of withstanding long term temperatures of 000°F (000°C). T-115 is is available as a powder and is processed by compression molding.

T-115 is ideal for compression molding with fillers such as carbon particles, glass particles, or chopped fibers. Applications include bushings, bearings, and other faying surface components.

• Glass Transition Temperature:
  680 - 734°F (360 - 390°C)
  
  
• Thermal Oxidative Stability:
  1 - 3% weight loss in simulated jet engine environment at 675°F (357°C), 70 psia (482 kPa), 100 hours
